insanly high ping

Im from India and singapore is the only i get low ping(80-90), i was so in love with this game i bought 2 support packs. And now when my act ended and i entered the atlas maps, Pings are over 40k. I have no idea what to do. mainly night time at singapore this happens. And in holidays. Today is like almost all day. Im in fibre optics connection and very stable one. What is the fix of this ?? and if any official stuff reading this, its not only me various Indian friend of mine is having the same issue. SO pls pls fix this. Else the game is non-playable for me.

all eu servers has lag spikes from 30 to 200 ms
cant really play league ggg fix servers |

sad to see everyone having such issues espeicly the people that have droped loads of $$$ of supporter pacts etc yet the money clearly isnt going to servers seems like its just going to there pockets and to fund poe2 so sad iv put in an insane amount of hours into this game and iv never seen it this bad to the point that mapping is literly almost impossible unless i wanna run white maps with 0 mobs and the fact that there has been 0 response from any of the tech staff on why this is even a issue goes to show how little they seem to care i mean would take 10 seconds for them to respond and just be like we understand your frustrated we are aware of the current server side issues and are looking into it and we are doin our best to try and resolve this issue but nope nothing least they could do is give us some false copium on that the issue is getting looked at
i guess for now im done with PoE and poe2 is just plain boring to me. bethesda has better server side stability then this toaster of a server which is mind blowing |

Considering nobody here knows if they have a routing issue between themselves or the server ...
This is what GGG recommends to do in these cases:

" Yep, and looking through your history of posts you've just complained as much as them without any technical data to back up your specific claims. Are you having issues yourself? Where is your test to show where the issue is happening? Are you aware that quite a lot of these reports are routing problems? There's more specific information why this happens but 99.9% of the players on this forum wouldn't understand it. So that leaves complaining of issues with no data provided to investigate and those who are willing to put forth the effort with the information provided in the GGG post I linked. |
