I'm having the same problem :( btw we are both from Brazil and i've found more ppl with the same issue and using the same internet provider as mine (VIVO). Guys, Vivo here as well. Tested Claro's connection and through VPN everything works fine (out of Vivo's servers). Called Vivo and maximum I got was to place an error registration to pobb.in, since they "couldn't found anything odd". Recommend you all to do the same.
