Divination Scarab of Plenty - not dropping div cards

Tested this strat on Tower and I cleared almost everything before the boss just to get 3 Div Card empowered.
So something is working, but i'd expect a little more. also I do hate those chaos dmg dealingfloating div cards ;D |
