Lightless Astrolabe and failing abysses in layouts that are poor for abyss monster spawns

Same issue. I was frustrated of randomly failing abysses. I even asked global and they just said "abysses are bugged sometimes".
That just doesn't fly. Remove the fail condition until this is fixed. |

Just tried a lightless astrolabe for the first time and having the same issue. Constantly failing because of Abyss behavior, nothing to do with player choices. That feels like really bad gameplay.
