You're underestimating the milking capabilities of some of these content creators.

Jonathan could drop a 7 second video titled prayIdontalterthedealanyfurther.mp4 staring directly into the camera saying "New league drops August 1st because we need time to hit our release dates. Deal with it." and there'd be a 30 minute video analyzing a 13x14p reflection in his glasses of wall art in his office depicting what could be an axe or a flail and then they'd use it to segue into the 'state of melee in poe2' and there'd be a reaction video from every other content creator every 3 days for the next 2 months with a weekly compilation video on every creator's opinion on 'the state of melee in poe2'.

There'll also be a post here in the forums titled "warrior sucks" and it'll be 40 pages long and derailed 8 times by people who have forty level 95 Warriors in hcssf explaining to people who gave up after they died over and over trying to spam rolling slam for 45 minutes why all their opinions are bad and 19 of the pages will just be 2 guys arguing over how to argue.

And then in July GGG will release a cryptographic teaser that people will put (pre 2026) FBI levels of forensic analysis into and I'm talking real tinfoil hattery shit where people are doing things like taking the flavour text of uniques from PoE1 and making anagrams of potential PoE2 patch notes because there was some pink shading behind a letter on the teaser and during pink league in PoE1 this unique was mentioned in the patch notes as the 1st word in the 8th paragraph and it matches with the date of 8/1 when the league launches.
