Hello, I've decided I want to try this build this league. (https://pobb.in/F7YFEPD1) The Total Tank version, I believe it's called?

I have around 140-ish div budget. Would that be enough to complete this one, or do I need more?

Just asking because I don't want to buy anything I can't use for the build.

I see there is a version with a 2-flask Mageblood. Would you recommend that instead of the 200M dmg one? I already have a 2-Flask Mageblood.

And can that build run all the Uber bosses or nightmare maps just fine, or would I need to use one of the medium budget builds for that?

yes 140 div are more than enough, take the pob-loadout: "190M TT Total Tank Hybrid Movementspeed-HoA (Cheap #2-flasks Mageblood, Low budget)" and a mageblood 2-3 permament flasks. Mageblood is so cheap this league and strong to be built in, also the #3 flasks-mageblood with rare granite instead rum`s flask.

Nightmares are fine (most can be facetanked, Ziggurat needs movement), Uber-Maven and U-Sirus need really optimal gear and close followed pob and some balancings guided in "Ubers".

(Take an cyclone-gem imbued excommunicate against Sirus, then you facetank him also as Hybrid non-CI.)
