Heya! You can grind to 100 with no issues if you avoid dangerous maps LOL!

Unmirrored helical rings max out at 98 int and 2x70% resists, or 125 int and 1x70% resist. We need ~85% resists so 3 helicals at 98int/27all/70% resists still leaves you to get 15% to all resists somewhere.

The mirrored rings max out at 137 int and 40% to all elemental resists, so arguably these are the ones you should get, and not helicals! They come up for sale from time to time at a reasonable price.
