i made some upgrades and now i think i'm more tanky.
but now i have some issues with single target DPS. i tried U-Cortex and it was immpossible, also some fights with ultimatum boss also unplayable... so sad.

Mmmhmm, you are at around 100M dps, when you switch Greater fork to a singletarget-support, that`should be already enough.
Only when sometimes cortex has the random map-mods and "avoid poison" or "block attackdamage", then more dps is needed.
Trialmaster - mmhmm, perhaps the trial-mods like "increased attackblock" buffed him too.
Does he has +max-chaos-resis? In a few cases +max-chaos-resis rounds down our chaos-damage and as result our poison to zero and that`s a problem. Some mobs also have inbuilt hidden poison-immunities (a few constructs, spiders, skeletons). But I myself never had issues with him.
After his time-interruptions move fast always close to him and stay always close to him to procc nonstop life+es on hit, then you can facetank him.
+ Your poison-chances are at 75%, increase them with more poison-on-hit tattoos, that is faster damage for bossing.
+ Biggest upgrade is the bitter heresy lycia-bloodline.
I also hate running the sanctums with srs or totems, so I prefer to get a lycia-service on tft (2-3 div, it`s in 2-3 minutes done). Link is on necro-page 100 in the bloodline-spoiler and in the faq.
Ordinary I recommend urgent expanding to 4 voices only with the #3 passives grant nothing. Before with the #5 passives it`s more effective to keep staying in 3 voices without the wider spreaded tree.
So you win 12 free passives, can balance them into fearsome force, the eastern jewel socket, and skill efficiency, and in your pob you loose only 1 medium cluster.

Your next big upgrades are:
+ When not already done: Animate Guardian with Kingmaker and Asenaths gloves for clearspeed
+ eg switch in an imbued critikal strike damage etc. HoA-gem, but you need more skill-efficiency.
+ a foulborn severed in sleep combinated with scornful herald in the HoA-supports is often a bit stronger as Maata`s, you will need more int.
Overall the HoA-supports+weapon-choice are since 3.28 really complex and a new minigame to optimize each few steps of HoA-crit-scaling.
+ Get more skill-efficiency to selfcast vaal discipline and vitality when the aura-spectres die too often in juiced content.
+ your "broodruin" jewel can be exchanged eg to a ghastly jewel minion chance to poison or to a foulborn ancestral vision, to switch out the megalomaniac with antivenom
+ your chaos-resis are overcapped, you can balance in other stats.
+ more recoomondations for bossing are shown in "faq" and in "ubers", eg against them you need not unaffected by poison, bleeding-avoidances or overcapped resis.
