Request for some leniency before entering Kingsmarch boss fights

My atlas runners were held hostage by Sasan. I clicked on the rescue button and the portal opened. However, my laptop lost power before I even entered the portal.

Would it be possible to add some leniency to the Kingsmarch boss fights like possibly not enforcing the 1-portal restriction until the portal is actually entered by the player? The current implementation seems a bit harsh for client crashes and/or players with unstable network connections.
