Item Filter Icons

Please expand the options for Item Filter Icons. Make some custom ones for map/frag/currency/scarab etc. Perhaps currency symbols that are relevant to each country, $ ¢ etc.

Make enough of them, that are default and we can just enable the icon for items, instead of choosing random shapes that might mean something to someone.
