Help with Discharge build improving

Hello, i'm a fairly new player (900 hours played) and this league I kinda improvised my own budget discharge league start. I'd like to know how I can improve this build on a relatively low budget. Looking for upgrades other than the obvious max power charge synth items, and I'd like also to avoid using resonating Screams with shrine effect scaling. Any ideas on how to improve this?
