"Maximum" Links for gear in trade API both in game and on site do not work

I wanted to make use of the "Runegraft of the Jeweller" so I went to search for bows with no links for the unique bow I am using, and it just straight up doesn't work.
Setting it to zero minimum and zero maximum does nothing. If I set it to 1 maximum and 1 minimum, the number of listings DOES change, but I am STILL seeing 3 links+, which is weird because it IS removing some listings, just not the ones i want it to i guess?
