Loading Issue

Ever since the hotfix on the march 25 I have been having issues loading into the game and loading maps, content. By myself its fine but when i have to portal to someone else hideout, instance to help someone out with a boss or doing party crystal runs. I notice that my load screen times have been way longer than what it use to be. sometimes when i do crystal farm runs the load screens are so long that people often find the crystal leave and already on another map before I finish loading into the first map. I have tried redownloading the game, changing the rendering to dx11/12 and vulcan, sending my pc to factory setting redownloading the game, Clearing my shader cashe but nothing seems to fix these loading issues. I have fiber internet as well if that matters. I was wondering if there was something I havent tried yet that someone can tell me. Please this is really annoying to deal with.
