Setting that reduce MTX and skill effect

Add a setting that reduce effects and particles from your skills and MTX to 0 like in megabonk because even on mid pc u cant farm strategies with big packs of mobs and especialy because of trade bots with MTX who prevent you from loading normaly in hideouts
