Nightmare Abomination Boss Bug with Maven Mod

When Maven doubles the Abomination Boss inside of Nightmare maps there is a bug that can happen with the ghosts of the starter bosses.

She will spawn ghosts of the starter bosses and these will not disappear for any reason even after the boss is dead. When this is Shavronne in particular it is particularly dangerous as she spams a projectile skill that gives you no real way to loot.
