Underground Sea Unstable Breach Not Able to Finish

Occasionally an Unstable Breach will spawn in the boss room with Merveil and despite killing every single mob inside the breach and even going outside the room, hugging the wall all the way around you are still unable to complete the breach the vast majority of the time.
