poe2 crashes my Internet connection

since keepers of the flame poe1 and poe2 crashing my Internet connection completely and its out for like 5 minutes but now since keepers of the flame is gone poe1 works again but still poe2 doesn't work so whatever you gus did to poe1 do it to poe2 too please
