Why does this game keep bricking my 4090 PC?

I swear half the time I try to log into the game my computer just freezes and dies. I don't even have to get into the actual game for it to freeze my computer. No other game does this. I even put everything on the lowest settings and it made no difference.

I end up having to hard reset my PC every time. I don't see any errors in Event Viewer, either.

I remember avoidingthepuddle said the game straight up bricked his entire computer and he had to get new parts. You guys seriously need to get this fixed. It's literally unplayable.

Oh, apparently this has been happening since February to a ton of people. Impressive that they still haven't fixed this considering how bad this is.

Me too, and here is my senario:

4090+i7, everytime start POE2(logging window), PC fans running like crazy.

Doing Chaos trial or Temple, would suddenlly sent PC fans running crazy and went black and reboot. One most ridiculors senario was when I quit the game and took few minutes rest, PC still suddenlly reboot.

But my 5080 and 4070 won't.

I've send windows critical report to my tech and he said it shows clues with driver issue.

I never want to play on 4090 because if I quit and relog, I'll lose my chaos trial and temple.

Well it's gotten to the point where I can't even get into the settings to change anything before it freezes my computer. What a pile of junk.

It doesn't even make any sense because I was playing for hours just a couple of days ago and now I can't even get into the character selector. The last time I was playing I quit the game just fine, it wasn't because of a crash, but now I can't even load my character.

And now when I so much as load the game I can't get past the cogs before my computer freezes. I tried deleting the shader cache, verifying the game files, changing the renderer, turning off multi threading, etc. I give up.

I loaded some other games to make sure it wasn't just my PC and they were all fine. This game is just unplayable garbage.
