Deadeye frenzy charge generation not working properly with high movespeed.

I'm working on a movespeed character and was experimenting with frenzy charge stacking.
With over 1000ms the frenzy charge generation never procs. I thought it wasn't working so I took off all my movespeed gear and the charges started generating. I incrementally put gear back on and the higher my movespeed the worse the frenzy charge generation became. It seems like the "moving" tag doesn't proc properly because your character starts stutterstepping around instead of fluidly moving like with lower movespeed. Is it possible to get this looked at? Extending the movespeed window would be amazing. I'm sure there are many players who take this ascendancy and don't even realize the charge generation isn't working. Being punished by this for stacking movespeed on the frenzy charge ranger class feels bad!
Especially with the new shrine belts in the game and this shrine meta it just feels unintuitive and old coding needs to be fixed ty ggg <3 I started seeing the charges not generating even around 300-400ms. Many heist runners are reaching 1000ms. Many people in maps are pushing 300+ms because of buffs etc. |

are you certain its not just because you keep running into a wall and stop moving before a tick can happen?
I know I have seen that as one of the issues with move speed stacking. |
