in party map loading 10 minutes

Can't find any solution.
When i'm in party, any map loading for 5-6 to 10 minutes for me. so party members are already finish map before i'm in. this is started last league but this league it's raised to almost 10 minutes. game is only playable solo for me. nothing changed with my hardware, my internet connection is the same.
