MOMENT OF REVERENCE PORTAL DISCONECTS ME TO LOGIN SCREEN

As the title says its the only map that does that. After i die 1 time and i try to rejoin fight via a portal in my hideout it disconects me.
Im trying to get the feared invitation, the boss is whitnesed by maven
I used 4 fragments-uber reverence
Same happens for regular reverence

TRIED:
-restart game
-restart pc
-log out
-change hideout
-change servers
-dx12/vulkan/windowed/fullscreen
-removed voidstones

PS. this is the only map that does that to me
ANY HELP WOULD BE APRECIATED, IM LOSING MY MIND !
