Steps to Reproduce

Take

* Lich Build
* Take Zealot's Oath
* Take Eternal Life

Expected Behavior Based on UI and in game information

UI States that you still have life regeneration
You would expect that your energy shield would still recharge based on life regeneration amount. As the amount of life regeneration shown on the character page is not set to zero once you have energy shield.

Actual Behavior

UI shows life regeneration as a value above zero
Energy Shield is stuck at 1

Suggested fixes


Gameplay Fix

* Apply Life Regeneration values to the Energy Shield. Regardless of Events for setting Life Cap
** Could be accomplished by decentralizing events and states for Life vs Life Regen

UI Fix
* Change Wording on Eternal Life and change Life Regeneration Values shown in UI once Energy Shield is returned
