Refund system on website doesnt work

Hi, can someone please help me navigate through this?
I have spent a good share over the past months but made some purchases that I'd rather have refunded as I happen to not use them like gem effects for the gems I am no longer using, but the mtx refund system keeps on telling me that I do not have any refundable MTX on my account, which is absolutely not true. I have plenty that were not a part of any pack, bundle etc, plenty that were bought simply by buying coins and buying them in the store.
