Problem with pinning on my Account Overview

I am currently experiencing an issue where I can only pin 1 achievement and 15 challenges. I am unable to pin any more challenges, even though I can still pin characters as usual.

I have a few questions regarding this:

Is there a limit to the number of challenges that can be pinned on the Overview display?

Does the total number of pinned items depend on the category (Challenges, Characters, etc.)?

What is the maximum limit for pinned items in total

My friend tried it on his account and was able to add challenges from the current season without any issues
