echo shrine does not work with cast on crit, is this a bug?
echo shrine simply has the description that says "your skills are repeated" and doesn't have any wording about restrictions. i know spell echo support gem does not support trigger skills but the spell echo support was added in 1.1.5 while COC started to have drawback of costing mana in 3.15.0. This is working as intended.
Skill repeats are globally incompatible with triggers. https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Repeat#Mechanics GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.
