Maximum mana calculation seems incorrect

Hi GGG,

I have a "Xopec's" focused amulet which including the 20% quality and 100% increased explicit modifiers gives 154 to max mana and 22% increased maximum mana.

I also have a flat mana focused amulet which gives 165 to max mana. Same quality, same annoint.

I believe the flat mana + %increased mana should give me a higher total maximum mana than just the flat but the hybrid Xopec's amulet gives me 9143 total max mana and the flat mana amulet gives me 9530 max mana.

When replicated in POB it should be about 300 mana more with Xopec's.

I don't think I'm overlooking anything - I went through my passive tree to make sure there was nothing else going on.

I submitted a bug report #2,833,116,896 if that helps.

Thanks heaps for looking into this for me,
Matt

Can you link both amulets here?

I can see that you're wearing the 165 mana one, but it would feel better to see the Xopec's one to know that there's nothing silly like -10 Dexterity on it, that'd drop you below attribute requires for some of your gems.

you have "Primal Spirit" for this one.

It seems like the math would track for the Xopec's modifier not being scaled here. Without the implicit and the quality, its magnitudes are +70 Mana and 10% increased Mana.

its the one they have equipped, both have the same annoint.

Jadian is right here... the numbers OP gave match for the xopec mod only giving 70 mana and 10% inc. mana... so its ignoring the quality and implicit in function(just displays correctly)

POB confirmed the math, 9143 mana if adjusting the stats on the new amulet to 70 flat and 10% inc from 154/22

I would be curious if switching to life/mana catalyst over prefix quality changes anything... to see if its the new catalyst or the mod itself that is broken with scaling.
Thank you everyone, I believe this has been fixed as of logging in just now. I'm not sure how to close a bug report but this should now be closed. Not sure if GGG did an update or something or whether it just required logging in and out a couple of times?

possible it was a silent hotfix. relogging to fix an item stat miscalculating doesn't sound right.
