Garbled text folders will appear in the game download path

When I download the game or open the game, I always add a folder with a garbled name in the folder of My game download Path, and the contents of the folder are My Games/Path of Exile2/poe2_producition_The Config.ini file, and when I close the game, this file doesn't disappear. Moreover, when I open the folder of the project filter in the game, it will automatically open one of the garbled folders.
