Can't load in the official website
 This happened yesterday when I can't update my client, so I deleted all the game files try to reinstall it from the website then this happen. Can't get in any category of poe website, I can post this thread is bc I'm using my working computer at my working place. Thank you for your reply.I already did, but still giving me this 1990 looking website. And I tried look up this issue on the internet, there's several people have the same problem like me on reddit posts, they said its because my ISP and POE's Cloudflare have problem between them, but no matter what I do, it always looks like this.

The issue is definitely a local one. (You can verify this by testing with a different browser.)
When you were performing the deletion, did you set the timeframe to "all time" ? Sometimes it defaults to 30 days, which is no good. It has to be a thorough deletion or it won't work. I do set the timeframe to all time, I even double-checked clear it 2 times, and about the different browser, I use Chrome as my default browser and to test it I use Edge but same result, crazy. I also tried flush my DNS or change DNS and still don't work, dang.
