Sacred Grove not in map when alas stats says "Your map contains The Sacred Grove"

T16 Jungle Valley map.

100% chance to contain sacred grove allocated on tree.

Show Stats says: "Your map contains The Sacred Grove"

Revealed all map area, did Mirage, even checked boss room but there is no entrance to sacred grove in regular map (or Mirage).

This happened once before also but I assumed I had the wrong atlas or something, not sure what conditions cause it.

This time I am sure of my atlas before and after.

Do you have Overloaded Circuits allocated on your atlas passive tree? It can randomly hit the block node that disables chance to spawn Harvest. And if blocked in the base map, it can't generate in the Mirage either.

I do, and that would explain the seemingly random nature of it. Thanks!
