Burning ground from Essence of hysteria doesn't work with soul of Abarath

I wanted to make boots that have 10% movespeed from being on burning ground constantly.

I tested the boots + pantheon, didnt work. I tested walking back over the patches also didn't work.

Natural patches in a map worked as intended.

I checked the wiki and there is no special cases mentioned and all have the same tag "burning ground". Hysteria wiki page even links to burning ground page.


You guys probably have a million other bugs and problems to fix but I would appreciate a fix or clarification thank you ggg :) <3

"You are" on burning ground only when burning ground debuff is applied to you.
When the debuff is not applied to you - "you are not" on the burning ground.

The burning ground debuff presence is the only flag that signalize about the state.

You are not affected by your own burning ground thus can't get abberath pantheon bonus from using essence of hysteria boots.
