[Feedback] Remove "Normal Tier Runes" to Reduce Socketable Bloat

With dozens of runes, having three tiers of quality— Lesser, Normal, and Greater— the amount of inventory space and mental task to manage all these runes is excessive and creates socketable bloat.
I propose to streamline the rune system by removing the "Normal tier" entirely as they're too rare to waste on leveling gear but too weak using on endgame items, thus keeping only Lesser for early/mid-game leveling and Greater for endgame progression. The jump from Lesser Tier to Greater Tier creates a much more satisfying power gain than the incremental crawl through Normal Tier. Two-Tier Runes: • Lesser Runes (Leveling): Common, low-impact socketables used freely during campaign. • Greater Runes (Endgame): Rare, high-impact socketables used for endgame progression.
