COC missing socket skill?

A moment ago everything works fine,

but when I change skill socketed in COC, it's not working anymore?

Even it shows successfully spirits cost, but the spirit cost number on the main screen dosen't change.

And I checked COC, it shows: missing socket skills.

What the hell?

update:

I put my weapon in set 2, put some other weapon(same type) in set 1 , and when I switch weapon to set 2 the COC is ON, and switch back to set 1, COC is OFF

everything is same as before.

So what the hall again.
