No astral chain in Mirage

In Palace map in Mirage there was no astral chain generated. It was the one when Nameless Seer should appear after breaking it. It says 26 monsters remain in the zone but ran through it few times and there is nothing left.

Entrance to boss arena was clipped short (top right). The chain is there, but both it and the boss are inaccessible. Has been reported quite a few times already.
