Server Crash Caused Character Loss in Void Map – Recovery Request

Dear Support Team,

I am writing regarding a serious issue I experienced while playing Path of Exile.

While running a Void map, the game servers suddenly crashed. I want to clearly state that this was not caused by my internet connection or my computer, as everything on my end was stable at the time. Due to the server crash, my character was unfortunately lost in the Void.

This situation occurred entirely because of a server-side problem, and I had no control over it. As a result, I kindly ask for your assistance in restoring or recovering my character.

I have invested significant time and effort into this character, and losing it due to circumstances beyond my control is extremely frustrating.
