Conquered notable passives from desecrated Undying Hate can hit hidden Oracle passive nodes

I have a Jewel with following mods:

Glorifying the defilement of 21561 souls in tribute to Amanamu
Passives in radius are Conquered by the Abyssals
Desecration makes this item unstable
Historic
Conquered Attribute Passive Skills also grant +5 to Tribute
Conquered Small Passive Skills also grant 3% increased Energy Shield
One Conquered Notable Passive Skill becomes Kingslayer
One Conquered Notable Passive Skill becomes Twice Bled

On my Warrior, upon inserting the jewel in the left-most jewel slot on the tree I couldn't find which Notable became conquered into Kingslayer. I re-checked a number of times going through all the surrounding notables but it just wasn't there.

First thing that came to mind: maybe it rolled on some hidden playtesting node not visible to the players? Then it hit me! Oracle ascendancy! I quickly transferred the jewel over to my Oracle with The Unseen Path allocated, inserted it in the same place and sure enough - Kingslayer appeared in place of Her Final Bite hidden bow notable.

That means anyone, no matter the character class, with an unlucky seed and whilst inserting the jewel in one of the three jewel slots in vicinity of the paths not taken, can have one or two of the expected notables missing. Kind of a big deal given the rarity (and value) of Undying Hate jewels successfully desecrated 3 or 4 times.

Please make it so that any relevant current and future Historic Jewels can't conquer any current or future hidden passive tree nodes. Thank you.
