Hear me out…

I have only about 800 hours in the game which I feel are nothing compared to how little I know about this game.
This is the first league I feel like I reached a decent build where I can comfortably farm max breach/full deli orbs.

My only concern is I haven’t grasped how to make decent currency in this game. Yes I make 20div/hour but I feel like I’m still way behind being having only around 200div overall since start of league.

I am seeing people with mirrors by now which makes me question what is really the way to make large amount of currency. When I log in the game all I do is juiced maps for 8+ hours. I end the day with +5-10 divs with having to get the scarabs for the maps and different stuff.

The progress has gotten slow and boring, I would highly appreciate if someone can give me a tip on how to make a decent amount of currency to reach my min-max character and have fun in this game.

There's something about your math here that is not adding up, Sir.

Anyhow... If you don't find the grind fun, maybe you should try grinding something else than Breach? Switch things up a bit?

'Most' people that are sitting on mirrors and heaps of currency, are often supplying their grinding with either some market flipping or some profit crafting. Divines in your stash are like stashing money in your mattress; no growth, no investment, no progression.
Bring me some coffee and I'll bring you a smile.
people with mirrors are mostly flippers and gamblers. this league the scream belt and damnation card are the cool thing to gamble. you can farm all day or get lucky with a gamble. i seen multiple people link a full deck of 16 cards in chat
There are many ways to make currency in POE.

1. Nothing wrong with doing content/farming as a primary means, but there are other factors you should consider.

2. Invest. Whenever you arent trying to buy a big upgrade immediately, you should not be holding on to 100's of divine orbs. Convert Divines to something that will increase in value over time.

3. Crafting. Huge potential for profit, requires knowledge of the systems, as well as the current Meta builds and awareness of what the market is currently doing.

4. Flipping. Arbitrage through Faustus is the main one here, as bots have basically taken over sniping under priced items.

5. Gambling. This has many forms, as well as some crossover with crafting. At its most extreme (and not recommended if you care about continuing to play the league), you have harvest div card gamba. However, there are many sustainable profitable gambas, such as picking a meta unique and doubt corrupting/volatile vaaling them.

6. Get a job with a guild. You can work with a crafting guild or invest in a mirror craft. This comes in many forms. Everything from simply providing input currency early league in exchange for profits later, to farming vultures or another resource to assist with the craft. Being partial owner of a mirrorable item can be very profitable.

Who cares? I've made hundreds of divines but I don't even know what to spend them on since my build is perfectly serviceable both as a speed farmer and a boss killer. Unfortunately, I realized that having a ton of currency doesn't mean more fun.
