Valdo's Puzzle Box Abyss Bug

Unsure if this is still an issue, but I just ran a Valdo's map for a Foil Nimis with the reward condition of completing every Abyss in the map. There was only one abyss that ended up as a dud (I figured this bug was fixed), but no reward dropped.

Only one I have run ever :(
