Failed to connect to instance

Hello! I'm just over my limits with the bugs and connection issues... A lot of ppl already told you about this bug, this is unplayable, i can't even visit other hideouts, enter to whatever map, in endgame or campaign... the only way to play this is with a VPN, so i connect to a EEUU server in the VPN or somewhere very close to it (i play in EEUU servers because they are the better options for me), otherwise i can't play, i'm from Venezuela, this issue is since December approximately. The error message is i the title: Failed to connect to instance, you can see a lot of reddit posts about this.
