me and my freind are having the same issue. We both live in the Middle East. me being in uae and he is in Egypt, yet both of us are having the same issue. i usually play on 80ms on singapore rightnow its 400ms-200ms my freind is playing milan he usally plays of 50ms rightnow he is playing on 250-150ms
