3.28 Feedback and Suggestions

It is a good league, nice mechanic (can diversify way of playing), Good new uniques.

Lets talk about a few problems stand out a lot.

1. Loot
2. Spell
3. Economy and Gear

Loot is wrong in 2 main ways.
First is magic monster contributes the majority of loots while the harder contents such as rare or uniques barely has drops. So the meta build has to be speed farming, has to be beyond good coverage. It doesn't make sense. Harder contents (rare and unique) should give way more loots than magic and normal monsters, it not only enable slow but strong builds, but also increases meta diversity.
Second, there are too much loot, too much essences too much lifeforces etc. Back in the days, if we are talking about farming strategies, we are talking about 5-6d per hr which is good, 10d per hr is insane. Now we are talking about 25-40D per hr. Look, I am not talking about pure currency, I am talking about total resources. This loot inflation caused amazing gears feels cheap. A good double influenced gear only take 100 - 200 D to make, which is like less than a day's farming. So a fully BIS tier gear char only take less than a week to put all together. That causes the peak POE league ends in 2 weeks, then most player left. Is this really "good" for the game? Waiting 4 months to play 2 weeks? When good things feel cheap, the game feels cheap. (btw influences modifier feels weak as well). I'd say please keep gear system complicated, we need currency sink and resources sink, so keep league inflation down, resources scarcity up. I would say 10d per hr of resources is ideal.

Spell
Spells are super weak. I used to suggest why determination and grace give all evasion and armour rather than gear armour evasion, it makes no sense that armour don't give armour. Now spell face the same issue. If you look at meta spell build, all built in added spell flat damage is from, energy blade, minion pact, arlcmage etc. Those gives in the unit of 10000, in which regular spell has flat of a few hundreds. T1 added spell in wand gives 100 flat. Is this right? Self-cast vs trigger is also hard to balance, so buff cast speed, and maybe design something only self cast works, just like mirage support, bow can summon something attacks, melee can summon, so maybe caster can summon too. Cast speed w/o echoing is like 2-3cast per second max, while attack build can go 10+ attack per second, coc can go 10+ cast per sec. So maybe you should double cast speed everywhere, lower base cast speed on spell, and buff its added spell dmg per level and lower other alcmage ish sources.

Economy and gear
Since auto trade introduced, the game lost its largest sink, thats quit player can no longer affects the market. Don't get me wrong, offline trade is amazing. But lack of resources sink made the game inflated so fast, and once economy crushes, the league is over. There need to be more sink everywhere, while reduces total resources. The biggest sink is gear, I don't like breach tree cause it creates good gear without needing anything currency. Stop introducing that kind of things thats against the core game, craft to upgrade gears. Fractured gears are making crafting too easy and influenced gears are weak, most end game build rare are not mirror tiers. I understand you guys want to make crafting easier so more new players. That's not true, new player just need ez build, not ez gear. Make more sink and less resources output together will let players enjoy the game longer, will make youtubers make more videos, and make more ppl watching their video. Its a better and bigger pie for GGG, to build a better business environment.
