5-Ways Not Respawning Rare Monsters

My 5-way (and 4-way) legion encounters are not respawning any monsters except for the bosses. I've tried NOT killing the bosses, killing them all and resetting, everything - and still nothing respawns except bosses when I do the reset.

Yes same happening to me as well for the past few days hopefully we get a fix soon

Its the greater devour support that is bugged with 5 ways. If thats not central to your build try taking it out for 5 ways until fixed.
