Talisman of the Victor Conversion Issue

The unique Talisman of the Victor cannot be converted into an MTX using the /convertracereward command.

The alternate art version of the amulet can be converted just fine, and other, non-alternate art race rewards can be converted as expected (such as the various Demigod's X items).

While Talisman of the Victor is technically a PvP season reward, and therefore not a race season reward, other unique alternate art items from the PvP seasons are convertible to MTX, such as alternate art Ungil's Gauche.

I'm assuming the regular version of Talisman of the Victor was just missed as a convertible item since, upon the introduction of the /convertracereward command, numerous items would not convert properly, or had other related bugs.

Pls fix, I need this for my build. :^)
