Farrul's Will with buffs that carry over from zone to zone?

Can we turn Farrul's Will into something closer to Team Beast/Summon Companion in PoE2? I would love to see a bit more consistency with the spectre. Maybe instead of "random modifiers in each area" it could be based on the Will subpoint we choose with some more consistency? Since buff spectres are a real thing now with Catarina's Shield, consistent buffs to a single minion could even include more buffs than they already have instead of random modifiers and a longer aura range.

More consistency would go a long way in making this ascendency a more meaningful choice.
