50 million shipment value and 0 loot?

Hello team!

I sent my first 50 million shipment value ship off to "Moti Aro". Logged out for a few hours while the shipment finished. logged on and checked the rewards and there was 0 items, no loot, no currency, no tottoos etc.

Are you able to have a look?
Shipment was opened at roughly 2140(9:40 PM) AEST on the 7/04/2026
