Map Item Quantity Bonus not applying to Blighted/Blight-Ravaged Maps

With the removal of Map device bonus and Cartographers' chisel, the Map Item Quantity Bonus is supposed to be the replacement.

However this 25% bonus is not applying to any Blighted or Blight-ravaged maps. I believe this is an oversight by the dev team as there was no announcement regarding this at all.
