Rubber Banding/Screen tearing

Problem: Rubber Banding, Lag, Screen tearing, general performance
Where/When: The problem is happening in any area, starting on the beach Processor: Intel Core i7-8700k cpu 3.70ghz Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 (8gb) RAM: 16.0 GB (Speed 2133) Windows 10 Game settings - Running on the version downloaded from the official PoE website Display Mode - Windowed fullscreen (but it happened on fullscreeen too) windowed resolution/rendered resolution - 3840x2160, 50% - 1920 x 1080 Renderer - Vulkan Vsync - off Triple buffering - disabled Fps caps - Ffps - 60. Bfps - 30 Detail Settings Antialiasing - low Upscale - NIS Lights and quality (all low/default) Advanced Settings Dynamic culling and resolution - disabled I'm not sure how to upload an image, but if you need the F1 info or video recording of the issue i would be willing to provide if instructed. Extra Info I mainly play on xbox, but i wanted to try gauntlet. Sometimes while playing i will randomly take damage for 2-3 seconds then teleport back to a previous location where i am getting swarmed. Obviously this happening every 2-3 zones is a death sentence in the gauntlet so i would like to resolve this if possible. I know my computer is older, but there is also a tear about 2/3's up the screen, i'm not sure if a screenshot would capture it or if its just visual to me Thanks for any help you can provide Last bumped on Apr 9, 2026, 10:50:47 AM

" I would recommend enabling this. Vertical Sync is designed to fix screen tearing, which you note is an issue for you. " I would recommend enabling both of these. They are both designed to improve your framerate, which could be valuable if you are dissatisfied with the client's performance. " Try setting the game client's Networking Mode to Lockstep. It is designed to make rubberbanding impossible. GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.
