Rhoa mount bug when using bow/spear

I’ve been running into a weird issue for a while now and I’m not sure if it’s a bug or if I’m missing something.

I can’t seem to use my Rhoa when I have a bow or spear equipped. The skill only works if I don’t have the weapon active in my second slot. If I summon the Rhoa first and then switch back to my main weapon slot, I can ride it normally.

But here’s the problem - when I enter a new map, the mount doesn’t respawn anymore and I have to repeat the whole process again.

This wasn’t happening before — it was working normally earlier today, but after making some gear changes something seems to have broken.

Also, I have enough Spirit - I’m using a passive that removes the 100 Spirit requirement, so that shouldn’t be the issue.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a known bug or is there some mechanic I’m overlooking?
