Ziggurat boss bricked

She activated the last two mini-bosses, I have no idea how or what happened that made her do that, but now she's stuck in the invulnerable phase and I can't do anything to kill her.

I have the same issue. For the past 10 runs I got her stuck invincible spamming attacks, very fustrating.
