Spectre question.

Regarding itemized spectres (from Ritual), if they die they cannot be resurrected, is this intended or is it a bug?
Find it more than annoying to loose a very expensive spectre, and yes i use minion life/ele army/meat shield and even use minion life flask but they will still die in endgame content. Makes them useless.

They don't die. You simply need to move to another location, like your ho, and they will resurrect

Perfect forest tiger died in an uber elder fight.
Went back to my HO and it wasn't any where there.
Went back into uber elder area and used desecrate, no luck.
Went back into HO and tried desecrate, nothing.
So what did i do wrong?

Considering it was a 30 div loss i would greatly appreciate some sort of expert answer. Suggest GGG are not going to help. They actually told me to post here.
From googling it seems it can be a problem if you do certain things which i avoided. Cheers guys.

Wiki: "When used, spectral corpses will not be added to your Spectre bank and therefore cannot be respawned via skills like Desecrate. Additional copies must be acquired to have multiple copies as minions.
Raise Spectre provides conditional Loss Protection if you need to move your gem to another piece of equipment."

I think dead is dead. Only if you unsocket the stone (in HO) do they fall to the ground. !!! Important when summoning in HO, do not have an offering skill active! (Wand, Trigger Socket Spell) This consumes the spectre.
