Poor Performance on OSX / MAC

Hi, I got POE1 for Mac (official launcher) and in more density areas like Mirage from Act 1 FPS are dropping to 20. In city I have 40 and in areas without monsters there are 70fps. Everything is on low.
I have M4 MAX with 36gb RAM (14 core cpu + 32 core gpu) so it should run fine. I tested other games like cyberpunk and it runs smoothly on high details. Can anyone help me with this problem? (tried crossover but its worse and I rather play natively) Last bumped on Apr 11, 2026, 2:00:52 PM

Lost my main rig so trying to run POE on my M4 MacBook Pro. Similarly configured. Runs horrible, well not playable.
Why say you support OS X when you don't? |

Yeah, Im disappointed tbh if they would make cross platform like poe2 it will be better, because xbox / ps market is kinda dead in poe1
